SONNWIN strives to make its websites and digital offerings accessible in accordance with applicable accessibility requirements and to continuously improve them.
Current status
The websites sonnwin.eu and sonnwin.eu/sonnwin-home-security.html are under development and are being continuously revised both technically and in terms of content. We are guided by WCAG 2.1 (Level AA) to the extent that is economically feasible and technically implementable.
The following aspects are already considered or in progress:
- clear structuring of content and headings,
- contrast on dark backgrounds,
- keyboard operability of key navigation elements,
- use of meaningful link texts,
- alternative texts for essential graphics.
Known limitations
Despite ongoing optimization, limitations may currently exist, for example:
- some content has not yet been fully tested with screen readers,
- dynamic components (e.g., overlays or preview elements) are gradually being supplemented with additional ARIA attributes,
- PDF or external content may not be fully accessible.
We are continuously working on improving accessibility.
